Hi gents
Tis sad news especially this time of year ,

George Hardwick is no longer with us
Although George had only joined the club late in the season .I'm sure he will be missed
By all that met him
a really nice guy who will be missed by many

Yup. Although I only knew him for a short few months, he was always a pleasure to talk to. Yeah, he crashed every time he flew, but he never gave in and took it on the chin always with a laugh.
RIP George. A real shame.

I always had very entertaining conversations with him about the communist regime in my country that fall just two years after I was born so I couldn't experience it much - but he had some stories to tell.

George, wherever you are now, I hope you can get there some of the Czech beer that you like. RIP

I only knew George for short time, great guy always up beat even after crashing his Riot.

Will be sadly missed.

I had quite a few chats with George during the summer. Sorry to hear he will no longer be with us. He never got dismayed, even when the ground rose up to meet his Riot. RIP George.

I hadn't heard the news until I read this post. I was surprised at the news especially after speaking with him only a few weeks ago. A real shame - RIP George.
